  • If cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the check-in date, 100% of the rental prepayment will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before the check-in date, it will be penalised with 100% of the rental prepayment.
  • In case of a no-show, the customer will lose 100% of the rental amount.
  • There will be no refunds if the customer voluntarily discontinues services before the end of their stay.

In all options, the rate includes the full rental of the apartment and all its facilities. Additionally, WiFi, air conditioning (both hot and cold), TV, bedding, and towels for each guest are included in all our apartments.

To provide the best service, appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc., are also included in all apartments.
