CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER

In case of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
• If cancellation occurs more than 8 days before the check-in date, 100% of the rental prepayment will be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the check-in date, a penalty of 50% of the rental amount will be applied.
• In case of no show, the tourist will lose 100% of the rental amount.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before the end of their stay.

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS

Reservations made under the non-refundable rate will not allow cancellations or modifications. In the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, the client will lose 100% of the amount paid for the reservation.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY

In the event that, for unforeseen reasons not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will make other accommodation of equal or superior characteristics available to the client without reimbursement by either party.

DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that, by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company's files in order to provide and offer our services. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, the company itself being responsible for the file.
