Casa Verde Ayamonte's quality policy is based on customer service. We have defined a system in which customer service is always personal, avoiding the use of AI and any other device, such as electronic locks, that prevent contact with the customer from being close and human. This is our main strategy to differentiate ourselves from our competition in the sector, since we consider that the new luxury, highly appreciated by our clients, is real and direct contact between people.
Of course, Casa Verde Ayamonte has multiple digital resources for internal and external organization, which the client can use whenever they wish.
In order to achieve our objectives, Casa Verde Ayamonte has a detailed system of the different protocols to follow to maintain our quality standards. This system is reviewed periodically in order to carry out continuous improvement.
