Admission Document

Rights of users of tourist establishments.

Free access to and residence in establishments with no limitations other than those contained in the law, its regulatory decree, and, where applicable, the internal regulations.

Whenever the establishment has internal regulations, the establishment's discretion, they must be written in Spanish and English and contain, at a minimum, the conditions of admission, the rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allows and promotes the normal development and enjoyment of the facilities, equipment, and services. They must be posted in a visible location in the accommodation.

Receive accurate and complete information prior to contracting services, particularly regarding prices and service delivery conditions.
Receive services under the agreed conditions according to the group, category, type and, where applicable, specialty of the accommodation.

Have your privacy and peace of mind guaranteed within the establishment. Receive an invoice from the owner of the establishment for the price paid for services provided that you have contracted directly.

The tenant will be entitled to occupancy from 3:00 PM on the first day of the contracted period until 11:00 AM on the day indicated as the departure date. A different arrangement may be agreed upon individually. If the landlord is not present at the guest's arrival or departure time, the handover of keys must be arranged in advance.

File complaints and claims regarding contracted services and, to this end, request the official complaints and claims book be delivered to them under the conditions established by regulations. In any case, they must be informed by the establishment's administrative organization and the person responsible for handling issues related to the establishment.

Obligations of users of tourist establishments

Formalize, prior to using the facilities, the corresponding admission document as well as the legally required traveler's report.

Pay the amount for the contracted services upon presentation of the invoice at the establishment itself or under the agreed terms. Filing a claim does not, under any circumstances, exempt you from payment obligations.

The tenant must be in the same condition as when they were received on the first day of their stay, with all household goods, furniture, and other items in the property collected and cleaned. In the event of breakage of furniture, fixtures, or other equipment, the tenant shall be responsible for the costs of replacement or repair, provided that the damage is accidental or intentional and not due to normal wear and tear.

Respect the hours of nighttime rest, avoiding music or any other noise at all times. that could disturb the neighbors.

Users are prohibited from:

• Bringing furniture into the accommodation units or carrying out works or repairs thereon,
  without written authorization from the landlord.
• Accommodating more people than the maximum capacity set.
• Carry out activities or use the accommodation unit for purposes other than those contracted.
• Introduce devices that increase the usual consumption of water, electricity or fuel,
  without written authorization from the landlord.
• Smoking in any interior space of the accommodation.
• Bringing pets or animals into the accommodation.
  Throw parties.
